1. Returns Due to Our Mistake or Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product or if we made an error with your order, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Please contact us immediately at info@tasteofcolombianz.com or fill out the contact form below to discuss the matter and obtain authorization for the return.
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept claims after this period.
- Upon authorization, we will provide you with a courier bag or label at our expense for the return of the product.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returned goods must not be tampered with and must be in new condition.
- Items expressly sold on a non-return basis (e.g., clearance items) cannot be returned.
- The return must be accompanied by the return advice number provided.
- If a return does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Change of Mind or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products due to a change of mind or for any reason other than our mistake.
If you wish to return a product for any reason not related to our mistake or a faulty product, please:
- Contact us first to discuss the matter and obtain authorization.
- Note that you will be responsible for the courier costs of returning the product.
Exceptions:
- Clearance products cannot be exchanged or returned.
If we do not have the product you ordered, we will offer you a similar product of the same type and value. We will contact you before making any replacements.
If you do not agree to the replacement, we will refund the cost of the product to the original payment method.
3. Frozen Products Shipping Conditions
We carefully package your frozen products and ship them using standard courier services.
However, please note that in some locations, products may arrive partially thawed.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for thawed frozen products.
If you are unsure about ordering frozen items, please contact us before placing your order.
Important Notes:
- Do not refreeze thawed food; it must be cooked immediately.
- For convenience, you may pick up your order at our store:

IMPORTANT – FROZEN PRODUCTS:
- We use overnight shipping via NZ Post, which may take 1 business day or up to 2-5 business days for delivery.
- We are not responsible for thawing or damage caused by delivery delays.
- Do not order frozen items if you live in a rural area, as they may arrive thawed.
- We strongly suggest ordering Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays.
- Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be processed the next business day (Monday).
