How to Prepare:
Fill your gourd (or cup) about three-quarters full with yerba. Tilt it slightly to one side and pour a small amount of warm water to moisten the leaves. Insert a bombilla (metal straw) and continue adding hot water (around 70–80 °C) for multiple infusions. You can also prepare it like tea by steeping the leaves for a few minutes and straining before drinking.
