When my order will be dispatched?

All orders are processed and dispatched on Monday and Wednesday (excludes Public Holidays).
Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday. In
the event of a public holiday on Monday or Wednesday, orders will be processed the next business
day.

How can I pay for my order ?
  • Through our secure website you have the choice of paying for your order directly through various
    methods, including credit card, PayPal, or direct bank deposit.
  • For direct bank deposits, please transfer the full order amount to the following account:
  • Bank: ASB
  • Account: 12-3142-0502587-00
  • Account Name: Taste of Colombia Limited
  • If paying by direct deposit, please ensure to include your name or order number as a reference.
    Orders will be dispatched once payment has been successfully processed and received.
Can I buy my order from a retail shop ?

Yes, our physical store is located within New World Fuel Miramar in Wellington.

Are you able to send parcels anywhere in New Zealand?

YesThrough our partnership with NZ Post, we can send parcels to any location within New Zealand

How can I know when specific products are back in stock?

Subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye out on our website or social media pages for new
product arrivals and when popular products return after being unavailable.

What shall I do if something goes wrong with my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Approximate delivery times:

  • Auckland region: 1-3 working days
  • Rest of the North Island: 2-5 working days
  • South Island: 3-7 working days
  • Rural deliveries: additional 2-3 days
How can I track my order once it has been sent?

An email will be sent to you when we receive your order. Another email will be sent when your order
is processed and sent. This will contain a NZ Post tracking number that you can use to check the
status of your parcel.

I wasn’t home when the NZ Post courier arrived? How do I get my parcel?

Follow the instructions on the Card to Call to arrange re-delivery or collect your item from your
nearest NZ Post office.
